2-Component water-based adhesion promoter for refinishing UV cured oxide containing factory finished hardwood and cork floors without intermediate sanding.

Suitable for high traffic commercial areas. For use over wood and cork flooring with factory applied UV cured finishes where additional coats of protection or a sheen change is required. Can also be used to correct light surface scratching to existing floors.
